#29 - We Opened a Studio!
Yo! So I know I've been slow with uploading vids this year, but for good reason. I got married to KelBelter and we opened a studio! It's been an exciting time for sure, but when life speeds up YouTube slows down. I hope you understand~
But now I'm back and with my very own hole in the wall, staving off mold's colonial aspirations and ready to make videos replete with concrete echoes, awkward lighting and all under the watchful gaze of the elderly lurkers and that one cult member who keeps giving me newspaper and lowering her mask to talk really close to my face.
So what is PCP? This is a place for Kel and me to work and print. She does silkscreen and risograph printing (and is an exceptionally talented illustrator. Her work is just lovely. Even if she wasn't my wife, I'd still sing her praises from the rooftops. But she is, so all the better.) and I make giclée prints. We wanted a place where we could work, as well as a spot that would hopefully draw in people who share in our interests, who want to make stuff and want to do it together.
We have a website where you can see a little of what we've done, and you can count on the fact that there'll be more to come.
